Randy’s Donuts in Inglewood. During the first half of the last century, Los Angeles had a fantastic collection of “novelty architecture”, with buildings shaped as camera (Wilshire Blvd), piano, elephant, a hot dog and the famous Brown Derby.

    That is just perfect! Very jealous in so many ways; 1. Having great stuff like this ‘near by’ 2. Having the skills and knowledge to produce these amazing panoramas 3. Having such wonderful light to work with!
    It is buildings (and light) like this that make me desperate to do a US ‘Road Trip’! :)
    Off to gaze in wonder now as the rest of your work.

    Regarding the clear sky: Although things have gotten a lot better, we still have to deal with smoggy days in LA. There is one spot that I have never managed to capture at a really clear moment:
